VITALI International Lifting Equipment Limited is a specialty manufacturer of CHAIN BLOCKS, LEVER HOISTS and ALLOY STEEL CHAINS.

VITALI-INTL was formed in 2000 by Hong Kong and China-based partners, which had over 30 years of solid experiences in this niche market. Our business objective is to produce QUALITY LIFTING PRODUCTS at competitive prices along with superb service support.

Our manufacturing hub comprises of a built area of 10,000 sq. m. and an actual land area of 15,000 sq. m., which is well-equipped with our own customized machineries.
Heat Treatment: CNC induction high & medium frequencies furnaces, carburization facilities, salt bathing … etc
Spare-parts-making: CNC lathes and NC machine tools, multi-tool chucking lathe, roll thread machines, cylindrical surface grinders … etc
Tooling: CNC linear cutting machines, spark erosion machines, milling machines … etc
Testing Facility: with capacity up to 120 tonnes destruction test machine and automatic endurance test machines up to 30 tonnes

Product-wise, we fabricate CHAIN BLOCKS and LEVER HOISTS of all types and sizes. Furthermore, our ALLOY STEEL CHAINS are graded 80 and 100. The chains are bent on modern bending machines, whereas individual links are welded on computerized machines.

VITALI-INTL adapts a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance to the strict ISO9001:2000 guideline. In addition, some of our distinct products are also accredited by CE, GS and CSIR. In terms of product development, VITALI-INTL is continuing to scrutinize our manufacturing method, and always keep a constant lookout for new technique and product improvement.
